If you request a BG it will cost extra, otherwise the artwork will have a transparent or a simple BG.Will not do:
Hate speech, derogatory stereotypes and imagery.** **
I will draw nearly anything not listed here (including most kinks),

By commissioning me, you agree to abide by my terms of service. Failure to comply will result in being blacklisted from future dealings.I. GENERAL▪ My commissions are not FCFS (first-come-first-served),
this means that someone that orders after you may have their commission done before yours.
▪ My artworks are never to be used as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). Commercial rights do not grant the right to be used as NFTs.
▪ All artworks are digital, no physical item(s) will be shipped.
▪ All images are 360 dpi, the canvas size however, is variable.
▪ Payment must be sent within 48 hours. If not fulfilled, I will consider the order to be cancelled.I have the right to decline any commission offer without providing a reason.II. PAYMENT▪ Full payment up front, or 50% up front and 50% upon completion. Full payments take priority.
▪ I accept USD payments via PayPal only, no gift cards.
▪ When paying with PayPal, only send payment via the invoice link given.
▪ I allow payment plans for commissions $200 and up, with a minimum deposit of $100. The commission slot will be held for the buyer, but I will not finish until it is paid in full.
▪ No refunds, reversals, chargebacks or anything of the sort. Once you send payment, that is final. You are not getting it back.III. PERMISSIONS▪ For personal use only, unless a commercial license is purchased.
▪ You may not edit / trace / copy / heavily reference my artwork without permission.
▪ You may re-upload my artwork if it was specifically made for you. Please credit me if you do so.
▪ Do not claim my artwork as your own work.IV. SERVICE▪ I do not accept tight deadlines.
▪ Reference Sheets, Custom Character Designs, and Emotes come with commercial rights included; you are free to use them as you wish.
▪ Commissions may take anywhere between 1 to 6 months to complete, though typical turnaround time is within 2 weeks.
▪ Once I've started, I will send you a WIP to confirm whether you are satisfied with the sketch or not.
If not, I will make revisions until you are satisfied with the sketch, after which I will start refining the image.
Only 2 free revisions are given, after which will cost $15 per revision.
No further changes can be made once the sketch is approved.V. OTHER▪ I retain the right to display the image as part of my portfolio and online gallery.
▪ You may request to remain anonymous when I post your commission on social media.
▪ Even if you purchase commercial rights, you cannot claim the artwork as your own work; give credit where credit is due.
▪ Commercial rights allows usage in products & media made for monetary gain such as videos, thumbnails, books, games,
